Understanding people has always been at the center of how I work. At Northwestern, I studied psychology to explore motivation, systems, and behavior. I paired this with industrial design coursework—creating solutions that solve real problems in human-centered ways.

That duality continues to shape my operating style: balancing logic with intuition, structure with empathy, and applying design thinking to both the system and the user. I think in both patterns and people, which helps me build environments that perform and resonate. That early foundation taught me that great leadership is part science, part design, and always about people.

Lesson Learned: I learned to root solutions in empathy, combining insights from psychology with practical design thinking.
