ABOUT
I'm fascinated by how organizations grow.
I've intentionally built my career across manufacturing, hospitality, sustainability, and entrepreneurship—not because I couldn't choose one industry, but because I wanted to understand the systems that allow organizations to thrive.
Whether improving manufacturing operations ahead of a private equity acquisition, helping expand a luxury resort while streamlining guest operations, or supporting climate technology startups working toward commercialization, I've found that the same challenges appear again and again.
Growth creates complexity.
My work is helping organizations navigate that complexity by building systems that connect strategy, operations, and people.
Why My Career Took This Path
Each experience taught me something different.
Psychology taught me how people make decisions.
Design Thinking taught me how to break down complex problems.
Manufacturing taught me operational discipline and continuous improvement.
Hospitality taught me how every internal system ultimately impacts the customer.
Entrepreneurship and sustainability showed me how innovation succeeds only when execution keeps pace with ambition.
Together, those experiences shaped how I approach every organization I work with.
What Drives Me
I'm energized by complexity.
I enjoy taking problems that feel overwhelming and reducing them into practical, executable systems.
Whether that means improving workflows, aligning teams, identifying opportunities across organizations, or helping founders translate ideas into scalable operations, I enjoy building the operating systems behind growth.
I'm particularly interested in organizations working at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies—but the principles of good operations apply everywhere.
Outside of Work
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me skiing, fly fishing, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, hosting friends, or exploring new ideas around sustainable design and systems thinking.
Those interests aren't separate from my work—they continually shape how I think about resilience, efficiency, and building systems that endure.
